We are recognised as one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest aftermarket radiator manufacturer and suppliers. We provide a comprehensive range of radiators for several applications. These range from passenger vehicles to locomotives, ultra-heavy dump trucks as well as agricultural and construction equipment. In addition to our primary manufacturing site at Beverley in South Australia, we have manufacturing facilities on the Gold Coast and in Western Australia. This allows us to provide urgent turnaround to assist commercial vehicles getting back into operation quickly. More recently, we’ve expanded our range of auto parts to support the demand from mechanical and air-conditioning workshops. Our extensive branch and distribution network allows for rapid delivery of parts to fulfil customer orders. Since, we have developed online ordering facilities to locate matching parts and accept customer orders (Radshop and Natrad Trade Online).
Our aftermarket products are distributed in Australia and New Zealand through various channels. Whilst the largest established customer segment is radiator repairers, sales to automotive mechanical workshops is experiencing significant growth. The majority of large radiator sales for heavy vehicles is through specialist radiator repair workshops. We have a nationwide network of franchised repair workshops (Natrad) and sell through a network of over 6,500 independent repairers. Commencing in 1984, this Australian workshop group consists of specialist radiator repairers. A number of these workshops are also members of the other Natrad groups.
The Natrad HDS group was created in 2012 to help promote the existing Natrad workshops servicing on-highway transport, industrial, mining and other heavy vehicle cooling requirements.
Launched in 2016, Natrad AutoCare workshops provide vehicle servicing and mechanical repairs.
The Adrad Radiator Experts group consists of specialist radiator repairers around Australia who operate their workshops under the Adrad Radiator Experts brand.
More recently, we have expanded our range of auto parts to support the demand arising from mechanical and air-conditioning workshops. As the industry segment increases, our range of auto parts grows with it to include air conditioning components, sensors and switches, braking products and much more. As our range is continuing to develop, this puts us in a great position to offer comprehensive purchasing solutions for modern mechanical workshop needs. An extensive branch and distribution network allows for rapid delivery and turnaround times for customers nationwide. With warehouses and manufacturing facilities across the country, there is always a solution nearby. We also have well-developed online ordering platforms to facilitate sales as well as locate matching parts efficiently (Radshop and Natrad Trade Online).
Natrad Trade Online (NTO) was established in 2016 to encompass our continually expanding range of auto parts, allowing us to cater to a growing customer base of air conditioning and mechanical workshops.
Radshop began in 2009 as a specialised online selling platform for radiator repair workshops. This provided easy access to our extensive range of cooling parts at the touch of a button.
